Strategy first. Marketing that makes sense. Growth with a plan.

Social media. Branding. SEO. Google. Email. Advertising. Websites. Print. Content.
There are a hundred things your business could be doing.
The problem is figuring out which ones are actually worth doing right now.
That’s where High Thrive comes in.
We look at the bigger picture, identify the gaps and opportunities, and help you focus your time and marketing dollars where they have the best chance to make an impact.
Because better marketing isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing the right
things on purpose.
Before recommending another campaign, platform, or piece of marketing, we want to understand what’s actually happening.
What’s working?
What isn’t?
Where are customers coming from?
Where are opportunities being missed?
And what could make the biggest difference next?

Sometimes you need a plan.
Sometimes you already know the problem; you just need the right person to help solve it.
And sometimes you need someone who can step back, look at the whole picture, and keep your marketing moving in the right direction.
High Thrive can meet you wherever you are.

Strategy
When marketing feels scattered, inconsistent, or stuck, we help make sense of it. That might mean evaluating what you’re currently doing, clarifying your audience, finding missed opportunities, prioritizing moves, or building a marketing plan.
Think: marketing strategy, audits, Growth Blueprints, campaign planning, and growth opportunities.

Execution
You don’t need another strategy document sitting in a folder. When it’s time to create, launch, or improve something, High Thrive can help make it happen. From a single project to a larger campaign, we bring strategy and execution together.
Think: content, social media, websites, email, digital campaigns, print materials, advertising, graphic design, and short-form video.

Brand + Messaging
People should quickly understand who you are, what makes you different, and why they should choose you. We help sharpen your brand, messaging, and customer experience so your marketing feels consistent and sounds like you.
Think: positioning, clear messaging, brand development, creative direction, and customer-facing materials.

Ongoing support
Maybe you need more than a project, but you’re not ready to hire a full-time marketing director. High Thrive can provide ongoing strategic and creative support, helping you decide what comes next, manage priorities, execute the work and keep marketing from falling to the bottom of the list.
Think: ongoing marketing leadership without another full-time person on payroll.
That’s kind of the point.
Tell us where the business is now, where you’d like it to go, and what feels stuck. We’ll help figure out the rest.
High Thrive may be new, but the experience behind it isn’t. Here’s a look at selected work from High Thrive projects and Ashley’s broader marketing career, from figuring out the right direction to building the things that bring the strategy to life.

I’m Ashley Mann, founder of High Thrive Marketing. For more than 15 years, I’ve worked across marketing, communications, design, digital strategy, community outreach, and business growth which means I’ve spent a lot of time seeing marketing from both sides. I know how to build the strategy. I also know how to roll up my sleeves and make the work happen. That combination is exactly why I started High Thrive. Too many growing businesses reach a point where marketing has become important enough to need real direction, but hiring a full internal marketing team doesn’t make sense. They end up piecing things together, trying a little of everything, or spending money on tactics without knowing whether those tactics are actually solving the right problem. High Thrive was built to offer another option. I help business owners step back, look at the bigger picture, figure out what deserves their attention, and turn those priorities into marketing they can actually use. Sometimes that means developing the strategy. Sometimes it means creating the campaign, brand, website, content, or materials. And sometimes it means becoming the marketing partner who keeps the whole thing moving.
